Marin Healthcare Navigation was founded in 2012, by Kathy Lord King. Kathy began her journey while taking care of her mother who had brain cancer. From diagnosis to treatment, surgery to home care, board and care to hospice, Kathy helped her mother make informed decisions, communicate with providers, caregivers and facilities. After her mother passed away, Kathy was determined to find a way to help people through our convoluted healthcare system and let them know they are not alone.
