At Marin Healthcare Navigation (MHN), we are committed to providing exceptional patient navigation and advocacy services. Our consulting agreement describes our policies in more detail but all information is kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA laws. Below are our general company policies:
Agreements:
A consulting agreement will be provided for review and signature including agreed upon Scope of Work.
Ongoing Services:
To cancel ongoing services, please provide thirty days written notice to [email protected].
Continuing work may require an additional deposit.
Service Fulfillment
Scope of Work:
MHN will provide services as outlined in the Consulting Agreement and agreed-upon Scope of Work.
Any changes to the Scope of Work must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
Quality Assurance:
MHN is committed to providing high-quality services. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.
We are HIPAA compliant and all information will remain confidential between client and company.
Payment Policy
Deposits and Billing:
An initial deposit is required prior to the commencement of services. Time worked will be billed against this deposit at the rate specified in your Consulting Agreement.

If the deposit exceeds the amount of time MHN works to complete the scope of work, the difference will be refunded or credited to your account within a reasonable timeframe after service completion.
Additional deposits may be required as services continue.
Any unused portion of your deposit will be refunded by check or credited to your account.
Expense Reimbursement:
MHN shall be entitled to reimbursement for "out-of-pocket" expenses as outlined in the Consulting Agreement.
All expenses will be itemized and included in your invoice.
